For most of his career, Barry Zelickson built entertainment experiences, businesses and ideas around one simple belief:

After nearly 30 years in the entertainment industry, Barry has helped create and operate entertainment centers, attractions, events, television projects and experiences that brought people together.Along the way, his work earned some of the industry's highest honors.But eventually, another passion started taking over.
BREAD.
What began as an obsession with baking became BZ Baking, an award-winning cottage bakery built around creativity, craftsmanship and a whole lot of flour.Barry discovered something unexpected.The baking world was full of people just like the entrepreneurs and creators he had spent his career working with.
