I’m Barry Zelickson — an award-winning entertainment entrepreneur, lifelong creator, and now a proud bread rebel.What started as a personal passion quickly became BZ Baking, my cottage bakery built around creativity, craftsmanship, and the belief that great bread has the power to bring people together.Now I’m taking this passion on the road as the host of The Anarchist Baker — a series about the people who bake outside the system.I’ll be meeting home bakers, cottage food entrepreneurs, cookbook authors, micro-bakery owners, social media influencers, and independent bread makers who decided not to wait for permission to create something meaningful. These are people who turned home ovens into opportunities, passion into purpose, and simple ingredients into thriving communities and businesses.Some bake for joy.
